• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the firm's administrative processes and practices.
Qualifications
• Vocational Diploma (DEP) or College Diploma (DEC) in administration, office automation, secretarial studies, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of significant experience in a similar administrative assistant role.
• Prior experience in an accounting firm is a major and desired asset.
• Essential and expert proficiency in English (both spoken and written) for communication with English-speaking clients.
