Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role within the leadership team. Reporting to the Assistant to the President, your mission will be to streamline the daily operations of two global executives by anticipating their needs and orchestrating complex logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex Calendar Management: Orchestrate and reorganize priorities in real-time in the face of constant changes.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule internal and external meetings, both in-person and virtually (Microsoft Teams).
Office Logistics: Reserve conference rooms, oversee technical setup, and coordinate catering services for business lunches.
Communication Management: Manage email inboxes and ensure critical messages are handled within deadlines.
Travel Logistics: Assist in the complete organization of travel (flights, hotels, itineraries).
Technological Support: Master the use of the Microsoft 365 suite to optimize administrative processes.
Qualifications
Experience: Solid and proven professional background in an executive-level corporate environment.
Bilingualism: Perfect mastery of French and English, both spoken and written (Essential).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Soft Skills: Proactivity, discretion, and adaptability!
