Responsibilities
As a specialist in your role, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Document Management: Updating mortgage documentation and mortgage life insurance files.
Insurance Administration: Managing and following up on fire insurance.
Mail Management: Processing incoming mail, borrower communications, and managing returned mail.
Financial Operations: Posting financial transactions and following up on shortfalls for paid-out loans.
Reporting & Follow-ups: Managing activity reports and other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: Previous experience in the banking sector is a major asset.
Precision & Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail and high data entry accuracy.
Priority Management: Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Discipline: Strong ability to focus and work independently in a remote setting.
