Schedule of 37.5 hrs/week Monday to Friday i from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities
Here is what your day will look like:
- Entering orders and quotes into the system
- Sending information to suppliers
- Preparing project setup documents
- Requesting pricing from various suppliers and subcontractors
- Creating and managing purchase orders (POs)
- Releasing orders
- Finalizing files for invoicing
- Handling file setup, updates, and archiving
Qualifications
---Requirements/skills sought
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, good English bcause lots of communication with suppliers and associates outside of Quebec, in Ontario on a regular day to day basis
Experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the Ms Office Suite (ERP and Fidelio systems) is an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills, time management and problem solving, and excellent organizational abilities
Organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, versatility and the ability to work alone and in a team
Rigor and respect for internal processes and deadlines
