This Administrative Coordinator position is a unique opportunity to act as the backbone of a major organization. We are looking for a proactive Administrative Coordinator who thrives on coordination and detail-oriented management to ensure daily operations are executed with absolute precision and care.
Advantages

• Full time position from 8h30 to 16h30, Monday to Friday.
• Earn a competitive salary of 22$/h with a consistent full-time schedule.
• This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension based on your performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, schedule vital meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management teams.
• Oversee daily office logistics, including supply management, mail distribution, and serving as the primary contact for clients.
• Organize internal and external meetings, prepare professional agendas, record minutes, and manage catering for corporate events.
• Draft, format, and proofread professional correspondence, reports, and presentations in both French and English for global partners.
• Collaborate with other coordinators to streamline administrative workflows and maintain organized digital filing systems for the department.
• Greet clients and partners with a high degree of professionalism, ensuring a positive and welcoming first impression of the organization.
Qualifications
• You possess 1 to 5 years of proven experience in a coordination or senior administrative support role.
• You are bilingual and have excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English to support national and international operations.
• You demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• You have exceptional time management skills, discretion with confidential information, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• You have a demonstrated ability to work independently and pivot quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
