This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in an in-office setting and brings 3–5 years of commercial property management experience, along with a valid CMRA (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario) license.

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties
Manage tenant relations, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services
Prepare and manage operating budgets, track expenses, and review financial reports
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, safety standards, and company policies
Support lease administration and collaborate with ownership on property performance strategies
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in commercial property management
Valid CMRA license (Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario) — mandatory
Strong knowledge of property operations, budgeting, and tenant relations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work fully in-office, five days per week
