Responsibilities
- Back-end management of the customer contact database;
- Work with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Associates to establish the customer criteria for various mailing and email marketing efforts;
- Sort, clean and organize contact lists for our various marketing efforts;
- Review and finalize email campaigns, tie them to the correct contact lists, and schedule them to go out to customers;
- Triage incoming requests (email and social media) and assign them to the correct teams or respond accordingly;
- Formulate and post public responses to customer reviews (positive and negative)
- Assist in various projects in support of our ongoing marketing and corporate efforts;
- Identify quality issues and communicate to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
Secondary diploma;
Experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas;
High attention to detail;
Excellent reading/writing skills;
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task and easily and rapidly shift priorities;
Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English and French.
