Responsibilities
Perform administrative support tasks including data entry, document management, and reporting
Manage inventory tracking, stock levels, and movement of materials within the facility
Update and maintain BOMs (Bill of Materials) accurately in the system
Liaise between production teams and office staff to ensure workflow and documentation are aligned
Assist with order processing, purchase requisitions, and coordinating incoming/outgoing materials
Monitor supply usage and prepare reports for management
Support health & safety documentation and compliance records
General office and clerical duties as required
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Own vehicle and valid driver's license – some travel between nearby sites may be required
Strong data entry and inventory tracking skills; accuracy is a must
Familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) and related documentation processes
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse/floor environments
Must be located in North York, Scarborough, or York Region for commuting purposes
