We are seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to champion the evolution and scaling of our enterprise ServiceNow Platform Operating Model. In this role, you will act as a strategic delivery partner, collaborating closely with Product Owners, platform leadership, operations teams, and external vendors. You won’t just manage tasks; you will design, document, and scale a flexible Agile delivery framework that powers continuous operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Establish, document, and continuously improve a flexible Agile operating model and team lifecycle utilizing ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Lead core Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives), actively removing blockers and facilitating collaborative problem-solving.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate quarterly Big Room/PI-style planning sessions to align cross-functional teams.
- Define and maintain robust delivery metrics, KPIs, and predictability standards using PowerBI, ADO, and ServiceNow.
- Build a lightweight program management framework to seamlessly manage risks, cross-team dependencies, roadmaps, capacity, and OKRs.
- Support Product Owners with backlog readiness, stakeholder engagement, strategic alignment, and overall team governance.
- Deliver highly polished, automated monthly executive progress reports detailing risks, capacity, team velocity, and roadmap status.
- Assist Product Owners and leadership with vendor/procurement planning.
Qualifications
- Active Reliability level security clearance
- Fluently Bilingual (ENG/FRE, FRE/ENG)
- Agile expertise and extensive experience in Project Management.
- Hands-on experience within a ServiceNow environment or managing a ServiceNow platform team.
- Experience leading Agile ceremonies, managing Kanban flow (WIP, cycle times), and orchestrating quarterly/PI-style Big Room Planning.
- Comprehensive Project Governance: experience managing complex risks/dependencies, capacity planning, budget tracking, and ensuring delivery predictability.
- Practical experience managing budgets and forecasting within Planview.
- Experience building automated reporting structures for executive stakeholders.
