Responsibilities
•Lead end-to-end project management for the Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation Action Plan, ensuring delivery against milestones, timelines, and governance expectations
•Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams and align stakeholders across VPs, SMEs, ERGs, and external partners
•Manage project planning, forecasting, budgeting, and resource tracking using enterprise tools (e.g., Planview)
•Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints while maintaining overall project health
•Prepare executive-ready reporting, updates, and steering committee materials
•Facilitate workshops and planning sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
•Support change management efforts by translating strategy into clear, actionable plans and deliverables
•Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
•7+ years of senior project management experience delivering complex, enterprise-level initiatives
•Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and governance structures in large organizations
•Strong background in planning, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and project delivery (Agile and/or predictive)
•Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with ability to produce executive-ready reporting and materials
•Experience working in or with public sector, Crown corporations, financial institutions, or regulated environments (asset)
•Exposure to Indigenous relations, reconciliation, or corporate responsibility initiatives (strong asset)
•Familiarity with tools such as Planview and Azure DevOps (asset)
•Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) considered an asset
