Responsibilities
Represent IT at plant leadership meetings, explain key issues in accessible terms, and build robust business cases for executives.
Ensure the reliability of local infrastructure (computers, networks, production systems).
Roll out corporate best practices, ensure compliance, and act as the first line of defense on-site.
Lead the deployment of digital initiatives and support plant teams in adopting new tools.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Strong leadership, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to manage stress in a production environment
ITIL, Cisco (CCNA), SAP (PM/QM), or Lean Six Sigma certifications would be considered an asset
