- As the first point of contact, you will provide a distinguished welcome:
- Customer reception: Greet members and customers (entrepreneurs and private banking clients) with courtesy and professionalism.
- Coordination: Inform advisors of their appointments and ensure smooth follow-up via Teams and Microsoft tools.
- Customer experience: Prepare and serve beverages; ensuring clients are comfortable while they wait.
- Room logistics: Prepare meeting rooms, ensure cleanliness, and check that audiovisual equipment is working properly before each appointment.
- Administrative management: Receive mail and packages.
- Work environment: Ensure that common areas are impeccably maintained and prestigious.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and polished presentation.
- Bilingualism (French AND English) as clients are bilingual.
- Comfortable with technology (Microsoft Teams, Office suite).
- Experience in high-level customer service (hospitality, corporate reception, or VIP lounge).
- High level of discretion and interpersonal skills.
