Usually 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
40 hours per week
Flexible schedule possible (e.g., 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)
Advantages

Annual Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 (depending on experience)
Salaried position, non-unionized
Overtime compensated with time off (very rare)
Group Insurance (after 30 days) â Flexible program, most costs covered by the employer
Pension Plan (after 90 days) â Employer matches contributions up to 2% (increases with seniority)
Potential Annual Bonus of 10% (based on individual and company performance)
Profit Sharing (bonus around the holidays)
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and tools provided by the company
Annual $300 allowance for safety boots
Responsibilities
đ ïž Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the maintenance, service, and optimization of the 100% ammonia-focused refrigeration system.
Coordinate and optimize the company's expanding system.
Be involved in strategy and project management for maintenance.
Collaborate with developers and specialists from other plants in Canada and the United States.
Perform hands-on maintenance and servicing tasks on the plant floor.
Respond to very rare emergencies (a few times a year, as it is warehousing, not production).
Qualifications
đŻ Profile Sought:
Refrigeration Mechanic License (Class A, 1A) or Stationary Engineer (MMF) License (Class A, 1A or B working towards Class A).
Essential experience in ammonia refrigeration (100% of the work).
Bilingualism: Professional English required for training and collaboration.
Clear criminal record for serious offenses (due to occasional potential travel to the United States). The company is open to considering candidates with minor offenses (e.g., impaired driving), especially if travel to the U.S. is not possible.
Open to very occasional travel within Canada and to the United States (if possible).
