Responsibilities
Engage with business partners to elicit, clarify, and refine core requirements prior to functional analysis execution.
Evaluate and advocate for effective technology solutions while remaining aligned with project milestones, budget boundaries, and delivery schedules.
Elaborate and groom Agile user stories, factoring in existing platform capabilities, core software functionalities, and long-term architectural strategy.
Maintain thorough and up-to-date system documentation reflecting ongoing architectural and functional modifications.
Serve as a primary liaison between business leads, cross-functional IT departments, and management to streamline processes and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Provide continuous support to development and quality assurance teams throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration (with an IT concentration), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis within Agile software development environments.
Proven track record of requirement gathering, scoping, and functional design for enterprise software packaging and configuration.
Proficiency in both English and French (oral and written).
Asset Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Guidewire BillingCenter or similar enterprise billing/financial engines.
Strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance or Accounts Receivable (AR) solutions.

Strong priority management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
Adaptable, proactive, and capable of driving initiatives autonomously.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
