Responsibilities
Audit, refactor, and fortify existing Power Automate workflows to enhance reliability, maintainability, and administrative ease.
Build and streamline automated data flows across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Forms, Lists, Power Automate).
Design dynamic Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights for tactical and strategic project portfolio tracking.
Assess and implement tailored Power Apps interfaces to simplify user workflows and refine operational activities.
Propose technical enhancements and best practices tailored to the enterprise M365 infrastructure and compliance guidelines.
Author comprehensive technical documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to enable internal team self-sufficiency.
Qualifications
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Proven technical proficiency across Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while adhering to structured governance standards.
Prior experience executing a similar workflow consolidation or PMO optimization project (asset).
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to interact with centralized internal departments (e.g., Operations / HR / Finance / Legal / Contracts / Sales) that support the organization in Canada and that do not speak French.
