Responsibilities
• Gather and document detailed user requirements from business representatives using established enterprise standards.
• Translate complex business needs into innovative software solutions and communicate them clearly to technical teams.

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and recommend alternative software solution options to stakeholders.
• Assist with comprehensive project planning, task coordination, and accurate effort estimation.
• Prepare test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage smooth release planning.
• Conduct thorough knowledge transfer and create detailed documentation to transition systems to support teams.
Qualifications
• Minimum of seven years of experience within the last ten years implementing software solutions in large, complex, integrated environments.
• Minimum of seven years of experience within the last ten years in an analysis role collecting, organizing, and translating business needs into technical designs.
• Prior experience working within the public sector or a similarly large, structured organization.
• Proven background in Agile practices, including experience writing user stories and acting in a scrum master capacity.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a track record of documenting database designs, architecture, and operational guides.
