Responsibilities
Product Assembly: Safely utilize hand tools, pneumatic equipment, and power tools to assemble precision components and finished goods.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret basic schematics, work orders, and assembly diagrams to build products to exact specifications.
Quality & Inspection: Conduct routine quality checks to identify flaws and ensure all finished products adhere to strict quality standards.
Workplace Safety: Maintain an organized work station and adhere strictly to facility safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications
Relevant Experience: 1+ years in manufacturing, industrial assembly, warehousing, or production settings.
Dependability: Proven punctuality, strong work ethic, and a track record of reliable attendance.
Physical Capability: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift, perform repetitive tasks, and execute regular light-to-moderate lifting.
Professional Attitude: A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
