Responsibilities
• Prepare printed circuit boards for the critical coating stage.
• Perform setup preparations for the coating machine or the coating airgun.
• Apply silicone coating according to established quality standards.
• Conduct rigorous visual inspections to ensure superior product compliance and quality.
• Provide basic maintenance of production equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a consistent workflow in accordance with daily production objectives.
• Actively participate in task rotation to ensure team versatility and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling delicate electronic components.
• High attention to detail and meticulousness in task execution.
• Strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Versatility and an openness to learning new production methods and technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously once work instructions are mastered.
• Good organizational skills to keep pace with production schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to use a painting airgun.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Physical capacity to work standing up for the majority of the workday.
• Availability for a quick start date in the Dorval area.
