Responsibilities
• Assemble components with precision to manufacture finished emergency lighting products.
• Carefully pack finished products according to established work instructions.
• Perform basic quality checks on each assembled unit.
• Rigorously respect the quality standards of the manufacturing & logistics company.
• Use hand, electric, and compressed air tools safely.
• Maintain the production pace according to the objectives identified by the manufacturing & logistics team.
• Take responsibility for your own actions in accordance with core values of safety and integrity.
• Perform any other related tasks to support manufacturing & logistics operations.
Qualifications
• Excellent manual dexterity and great thoroughness for the assembly of small components.
• Ability to interpret technical assembly drawings.
• Team player with ease in collaborating in a manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Versatility and openness to workstation rotation.
• Ability to maintain a sustained and constant work pace.
• Autonomy in the execution of daily Component Assembler tasks.
• Ability to read and follow complex work instructions.
• Ability to interpret a purchase order and parts lists.
• Basic knowledge of electronic or mechanical components.
• Physical ability to work standing all day.
• Ability to lift loads up to 25-30 lbs (11 - 13 kg).
• Availability for a schedule from Monday to Thursday (7:00 AM to 3:45 PM) and Friday (7:00 AM to 2:15 PM).
