As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production process, using your technical skills to assemble complex components. Reading plans and using manual and electrical tools, such as drills, are essential skills for this role. For this permanent assembler position at Ville Saint-Laurent, the initial training takes place on the day shift, from Monday to Friday from 6:10 am to 2:40 pm. Subsequently, the shift will change to the evening shift, from 3 PM to 11 PM. It is therefore imperative to be available for these two shifts. Your remuneration will be established based on a salary grid based on your experience, with salaries ranging from $20.95 to $24.66 per hour. Communicating in French or English is mandatory for this position.

Responsibilities
Interpret industrial designs and mechanical plans.
Knowing how to use a drill and related tools
Do the structural assembly with pre-drilled steel profiles
Do the assembly of the subassemblies of the distribution panels and control panels
Install power components (bridge rectifiers, transformers, etc.) in electrical cabinets.
Qualifications
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Confirmed experience as an assembler or in a similar position.
• Mastery of the use of manual and electric tools, notably drills.
• Attention to detail and high precision in the execution of tasks.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks with concentration.
• Autonomy and team spirit.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
