Responsibilities
- Line & Mechanical Assembly: Build sheet metal frames, cabinet doors, hoods, and sink units using hand and power tools.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform gas leak-detection tests (pressure gauges/bubble solutions), verify door alignments, test electronics, and inspect finished surfaces for flawless quality.
- Pack-Out & Safety: Pack accessory kits, box and palletize finished units, and maintain a clean, safe workstation while adhering to PPE standards (cut-resistant gloves and eye protection).
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Tool Skills: Proficient with power/hand tools (impact drivers, pneumatic rivet guns, torque wrenches)
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand/work comfortable across 8-hour shifts
- Quality Focus: Sharp eye for detail, basic blueprint/documentation reading, and commitment to workplace safety
