Operating as an individual contributor at the Senior Manager level, you will execute a high-impact global audit mandate covering operations across North America and Asia. The role centers on high-visibility enterprise group functions, with dedicated exposure to Third-Party Risk Management, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Human Resources. Your time will be split between leading non-financial audit engagements (approximately 70%) and overseeing SOX review activities for HR and payroll controls (approximately 30%). Rather than performing day-to-day testing directly, you will focus on high-level oversight: scoping risk-based audit strategies, reviewing fieldwork performed by junior audit staff, assessing finding significance, and delivering clear, impactful reporting to senior leadership.

oApply sound professional judgment to evaluate control deficiencies, draft audit issues, and formulate practical, value-added recommendations.
oPrepare clear, concise, and structured audit reports delivered to senior management and audit committee stakeholders.
oActively track, follow up, and lead remediation testing on outstanding audit issues with business management.
oLeverage data analytics and automation tools to enhance audit quality, depth, and efficiency.

•Core Audit Skills: Strong background in risk assessment, internal controls evaluation, identifying control deficiencies, reviewing team fieldwork, and audit report writing.
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
