Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
• Interacting with customers and internal users to provide support for the company's products and services
• Ensuring the optimal implementation and performance of IT and audiovisual equipment
• Proposing and integrating continuous system improvement solutions
• Creating and updating documentation
• Working closely with various stakeholders across the company
Qualifications
You have the following qualifications:
• A degree in computer science (or equivalent experience)
• At least 2 years of experience supporting an audiovisual environment
• You are fluently bilingual (English and French)
And you are proficient in the following technologies:
• Network knowledge (TCP/IP, etc.)
• Scripting knowledge
• Organized, autonomous, and responsible
