As the Returns Coordinator, you will be supporting the B2B Operations Executive on any changes to the return process, return assortment changes, and system enhancements. Responsibilities
•Daily extracts and validations of returns booked in the system
•Weekly and monthly returns reports with insights to be sent out to department manager
•Collaborate with cross functional team and our logistics team on any pending returns
•Implementing new ways of working to fit the on-going business return plan
•Create, maintain, and update return communications for ITCO customers
•Conduct investigations with cross functional teams on customer returns and provide timeline response to customers on return process
•Perform changes to the return assortment in a timely manner to avoid any delays and/or unauthorized returns
•Maintenance of all documents with any updates on the return process in various systems (I.E. Go Scan)
•Maintenance of Order Forms for customers across the country – Coordination with Product Portfolio Lead on any assortment changes
•Maintenance of target list for delivery fees (Out-Of-Route & Volume fees) by coordinating and aligning with Key Accounts

Bilingualism (French and English) is required due to regular communication with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and internationally.
Our Client operates across Canada, and globally. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
- collaborate and provide support to other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French
- attend essential training, meetings or conferences held outside Quebec, which are presented in English
participate in company-wide Canadian/Global town hall meetings and management information sessions, which are presented in English
