About the Role:
As a BI Manager with us, you will be responsible for our data-driven initiatives. You will lead and mentor a dynamic team of analysts and developers, providing relevant insights and innovative solutions to various departments, including Sales, Buying, E-commerce, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Loss Prevention.
Your leadership will influence the realization of data initiatives, ensuring that our data strategies are aligned with the company's goals and executed with precision and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and develop a team of BI developers and analysts by providing technical guidance and constructive feedback.
Manage the design and implementation of detailed project plans for large-scale, cross-departmental data initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to establish the BI strategy, manage the team's backlog, and prioritize initiatives.
Support the team in defining project scope, objectives, and delivery cadence for smaller, independent projects.
Partner with the data engineering team to establish best practices in data governance, documentation, quality control, and data orchestration.
Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to management and other key stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends and maximize the value of our BI tools, including Tableau, DBT, and Snowflake.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar discipline.
At least two years of experience leading BI/Analytics teams.
Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide tailored data solutions.
Expertise in data warehousing, modeling, visualization, and analysis.
Proficiency in SQL with some experience in Python or similar languages for data manipulation and automation.
Experience with Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, or similar tools is preferred.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, marketing, or related data sets is a plus.
