We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with the general operations of the project and services team. As a quick-learner and self motivated individual, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, handling data-entry, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings for executives and team members.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in both languages.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Organize and manage files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Office Operations:
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members and departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (minimum 2 years)
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and French is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Educational Background:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a big plus.
Organizational Skills:
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative responsibilities.
Technological Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant office software.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
