Responsibilities
• You will manage complex calendars, schedule vital meetings, and coordinate intricate travel arrangements for the leadership team.
• You will oversee daily office logistics, including supply management and mail distribution, while serving as the primary point of contact.
• You will organize internal and external meetings, prepare professional agendas, and coordinate catering for corporate events.
• You will draft, format, and proofread professional correspondence and high-impact presentations in both French and English.
Qualifications
• You have 1 to 5 years of proven experience in an administrative support role, ideally with at least one year in banking or finance.
• You communicate fluently in both French and English (oral and written) to support colleagues and functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French.
• You demonstrate advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• You possess the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while working independently in a high-pressure setting.
• You are recognized for your exceptional attention to detail and your ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
