Responsibilities
Proactively manage, align, and orchestrate complex schedules for six department managers
Coordinate management meetings, prepare agendas, record precise minutes, and track critical action items
Draft, format, proofread, and produce executive-level documents, presentations, and reports
Oversee key internal operational workflows, including sales tracking, performance dashboards, expense reporting, performance appraisals, and inventory management
Lead end-to-end planning and execution for team meetings, executive committees, corporate assemblies, travel arrangements, and public relations events
Collaborate on annual budget preparations and conduct ongoing variance analyses throughout the fiscal year
Qualifications
3+ years of progressive administrative or executive support experience
Bilingual Compliance Requirement: This role requires English proficiency to serve our national/international clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational foresight, interpersonal tact, and self-directed decision-making skills
