Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, schedule vital meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
• Oversee daily office logistics, including supply management and mail distribution, while serving as a primary point of contact.
• Organize internal and external meetings, prepare professional agendas, and coordinate catering for corporate events.
• Draft, format, and proofread professional correspondence and presentations in both French and English.
• Collaborate with other coordinators to streamline workflows and maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Possess 1 to 5 years of proven experience in an administrative support role. including one year in the banking or financial sector.
• Communicate fluently in both French and English (oral and written) to collaborate and provide support to other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while working independently in a high-pressure setting.
