Location: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)
Salary: $55.17/Hour

Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week
Responsibilities
High-level responsibilities will include:
• Create inspirational, informative, and action-oriented content such as newsletters, posts and other messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Update and maintain the team’s presentation suite to reflect recent and future activities.
• Ensure timely updates to Jive, including regular audits to the site.
• Aggregate and distribute end-of-week updates, ensuring comprehensive coverage of team activities.
• Manage team’s project closure form process, ensuring timely feedback from project sponsors.
• Organize quarterly touchpoints with key partners and project teams to explore improvement opportunities.
• Track and report on activities and provide metrics.
• Support new task allocation, recurring tasks, and quarterly planning.
• Attend meetings with senior team management to summarize and publish takeaways
• Support the execution of a communication plan to ensure staff has insights into organizational priorities and drive team engagement
• Ad-hoc tasks as requested.
Qualifications
Required Skills
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Strong visualization skills in PowerPoint for data presentation and critical messaging.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Strong communication and data analysis mindset.
• Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing tools is a plus.
• The successful candidate will have 5+ years of total work experience with 2+ years
• experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally in a large enterprise environment.
• Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
