Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to help capture, catalogue, and govern knowledge.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to review, publish and keep content up to date efficiently.
• Write and edit complex information into clear, usable content when needed (i.e., policies, processes, reference guides).
• Drive application of content standards across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with guidelines for each copy.
• Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to improve Knowledge Management strategy.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and autonomy: self-starter, proactive, ability to identify cause and effect, suggest logical next steps based on objectives.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail: ability to keep track of content changes across multiple teams, stakeholders, regions, and identify minor gaps or mistakes.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual French/English
Preferred Skills:
• Experience using content management systems (CMS), such as Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience in content management or a similar role.
• Project management skills and experience with agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding (or curiosity to learn about) AI and LLMs
