Responsibilities
• Review contracting requirements and process new advisor requests within multiple systems.
• Review licensing in line with advisor contracting and provincial requirements.
• Complete research and movement of business between advisors.
• Handle ongoing administrative maintenance for advisors contracted.
• Ensure processes are in line with policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure processes being followed are in line policies as well as compliance and regulatory requirements
• Communicate with internal and external partners using strong bilingual oral and written communication skills.
• Work effectively under pressure, handling high volumes and meeting expected SLAs.
• Demonstrate organizational and priority management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Collaborate and support in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Must have Skills:
1. Strong Bilingual oral and written communication skills are required to communicate with internal and external partners (written and verbal fluent in both English and french)
2. Familiarity with complex Distribution systems (or an aptitude to learn new software)
3. Experience with Excel
4. Experience and/or knowledge in insurance industry
Nice to have Skills:
1. Knowledge of license requirements in all provinces. (very strong nice to have)
Soft Skills:
• Ability to work effectively under pressure handling high volumes and meet expected SLAs
• Organizational and priority management skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Collaborate and be supportive in a team environment with minimal supervision
Education:
• Bachelor's degree is a nice to have but we focus more on experience
