Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Email & Chat)
Type: Temporary (potential for permanent)
Duration: 4-month contract
Salary: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 9 AM and 10 PM (no weekends)
Location: Town of Mount Royal (Ville Mont-Royal)
Shifts between 9 AM and 5 PM: on-site, after 5 PM: remote work

Qualifications
Fully bilingual (French & English — written and spoken)
Previous call center or e-commerce experience
Comfortable with tech tools (MS Office, web navigation)
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM, an asset
Flexibility for day and evening shifts (up to 10 PM)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
Eager to grow within the company
