Bilingual French Customer Service Representative Remote

Type: 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent
Pay: $22.54 - 24.10/ hour
Hours of Operation: Mon - Friday between the hours of 10am - 8pm
Location: Remote (Head office is in North York)
Equipment provided and to be picked up at Head office

Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls from customers and emails in a timely and professional manner in both English and French
- Ensure all information is put into the system accurately
- Investigate any issues regarding customers insurance claims
- Review customer accounts to ensure you are providing the best service possible
- Deal with all calls on a First Contact Resolution basis
- Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications
- Must be able to read and write fluently in French
- 1-2 years of call center experience is mandatory
- Strong typing skills
- Must be comfortable with MS office and technology
- Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
