Facilitate general administrative support utilizing Microsoft Office programs to maintain seamless front-office operations.
Maintain the presentation and tidiness of the main reception area and client lounge to reflect overall brand excellence.
Manage incoming and outgoing postal mail, deliveries, and general email inbox correspondence efficiently.
Qualifications
Proven experience in front desk administration, customer service, or client reception roles.
Solid working proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Native or fluent French communication skills combined with English proficiency required to serve our national clientele and collaborate with stakeholders outside of Quebec.
Excellent verbal communication skills paired with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
