Our client, an innovative leader specializing in high-quality glass partitions, is looking for a Logistics Clerk for a temporary assignment.
The primary mandate is to regularize the team’s administrative situation by handling and fully catching up on DHL invoices accumulated since 2024.
Language requirement: Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) is required for this position, as the incumbent will be required to communicate on a daily basis with suppliers, partners, and clients located outside of Quebec.

Process and clear the backlog of DHL invoices accumulated since 2024.
Maintain accurate logistics documentation and support billing process workflows.
Collaborate closely with the Logistics Team Lead to resolve outstanding account discrepancies.
Qualifications
Bilingualism in French and English (required for daily interactions with vendors and partners outside of Quebec).
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail when handling high-volume invoice processing.
Previous experience in logistics, invoicing, or administrative support (an asset).
