Payrate: $40/h
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Conduct live training sessions in English and French for external customers and internal teams
Meet and communicate with key customers in Quebec to support the Leonardo platform and learning initiatives
Support internal and external teams with learning and development programs (Professional Solutions) in EN/FR
Attend French trade shows, key account meetings, and buying group events as required
Translate, review, and verify training materials, content, and communications
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams
Qualifications
Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
Minimum 3+ years of experience in learning & development, customer success, or training program management
Experience in healthcare, optical, or retail industries is preferred
Proven ability to manage external customer relationships and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams
Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
