Working within Salesforce to support sales processes
Coordinating tasks and ensuring data accuracy
Supporting sales-related workflows and communication
Qualifications
Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Able to cultivate strong relationships with internal partners
Has strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Demonstrates effective communication, organization and collaboration
Takes initiative, is a positive influence and thrives in a fast-paced work environment – a fast learner and self-starter with a strong desire to win
Is flexible and able to adapt to change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines
Has strong problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to investigate problems without supervision
Is results driven and team oriented
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Coachable: Being receptive to feedback, willing to learn, embracing continuous improvement
Education, Experience & Skills:
Must be fluent in communicate with French/ English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
College or University degree an asset
Minimum 1 years experience in the banking and mortgage brokerage industry
Strong understanding of mortgage underwriting
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including intermediate level of expertise using Excel
