Qualifications
Bilingual (English and French) – read, write, speak. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in both French and English. Active listening skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Basic Computer Skills (MS Office Suite). Customer service experience (high volume/retail customer facing). Resourceful, strong problem-solving skills. Post-secondary education or equivalent. Call Centre experience and experience in banking, real estate, law, or government is an asset. Candidates should demonstrate consistent work history.
