Location: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid – 4 days on-site 1 day work-from-home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week (Shift rotational between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM; occasional statutory holidays required)
Pay Rate: 29.39 Hr

Responsibilities
Customer & Operational Support: Execute specialized financial transactions and operational support accurately and on time, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity metrics.
Inbound/Outbound Communications: Respond to inquiries from internal partners and external small business merchant clients via telephone and digital channels in both English and French.
Issue Escalation & Resolution: Identify, investigate, and escalate processing or operational issues to appropriate teams to maintain seamless service quality.
Risk & Compliance Management: Apply due diligence in adherence to bank policies, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards, Business Continuity Management, and the organizational Code of Conduct while handling sensitive customer data.
Continuous Improvement: Actively review internal processes, identify opportunities to elevate service quality, and suggest operational efficiencies.
Workload Management: Prioritize and organize daily activities independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements:
Bilingualism: Fully proficient in both English and French (written and verbal communications).
Financial Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience working within banking or a financial institution (trade processing, cash products, or operations preferred).
Customer Service Background: Proven track record in a customer service environment, ideally within a call center or phone-based support setting.
Education: Post-secondary education completed.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, with intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Outstanding time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a close-knit team.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative abilities.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of operational risk, compliance frameworks, or regulatory guidelines.
Familiarity with foreign exchange (FX) or money market (MM) products (e.g., spots, forwards, deposits, loans) is an asset.
Experience with Global or WSS platforms is a plus.
