Pay Rate: $34.27 / hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Overtime options available)

Responsibilities
Document Review & Processing: Review complex legal documents, Power of Attorney (POA) files, and supplementary paperwork submitted by branch partners to verify alignment with provincial legislation and bank procedures.
Account Administration: Accurately update customer account profiles or return deficient packages with clear, standardized messaging to internal partners.
Operational Execution: Execute transactions, manage volumes, and resolve processing issues within strict SLA guidelines and authority limits.
Partner Collaboration: Connect with internal branch partners via phone and digital channels to clarify submission details, resolve operational issues, and maintain high service standards.
Risk & Compliance Management: Apply strict due diligence to safeguard client data, adhere to regulatory frameworks (e.g., AML, Bank Code of Conduct), and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize Microsoft 365 and AI tools to streamline processing workflows and provide proactive ideas for process enhancements.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and French (fluent written and verbal communication is required).
Banking Experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, ideally as a Financial Advisor with deep knowledge of core banking products (checking, savings, credit, and debit).
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort utilizing modern AI tools in a daily workflow.
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma completed.
Core Competencies: Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume, SLA-driven environment with exceptional decision-making skills and attention to detail.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Prior experience reviewing, processing, or interpreting legal documents or provincial Power of Attorney (POA) files.
Background in legal administrative settings or legal document compliance within financial services.
