Location: Mississauga, Ontario (Hybrid — 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Position Type: 12-Month Contract (Extension and permanent conversion potential based on performance and business needs)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time, No Overtime)
Pay Rate $25.56

Responsibilities
Operational Processing: Execute day-to-day back-office processing tasks, including VISA redemption requests, estate document reviews, and ad-hoc file evaluations.
Customer & SLA Focus: Ensure all processing activities, queries, and transactions are completed accurately and within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets to support partner relationships.
Problem Resolution & Risk Management: Utilize established escalation pathways to resolve processing issues, identify areas of operational risk, and strictly comply with audit and Bank Codes of Conduct.
Process Improvement: Actively participate in daily team touchpoints (15–30 minutes) to support work distribution, share feedback, and suggest process enhancements.
Adaptability & Compliance: Apply operating policies and procedures diligently, maintaining strict customer data privacy standards while adopting new systems, technologies, and workflow updates as required.
Qualifications
Must-Have Requirements
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma.
Industry Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience within the banking or financial services industry (Retail Banking background highly preferred).
Administrative Background: 2 to 4 years of strong administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Stability: A history of steady, sustained employment (candidates with a pattern of short-term job-hopping will not be considered).
Core Soft Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical capabilities.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage high volume under strict deadlines.
Adaptable to changing processes and open to adopting new workflow methods.
Internal customer service mindset with a team-first, goal-oriented attitude.
Nice-to-Have
Prior experience reviewing estate documentation or legal/contractual documents.
Knowledge of trade processing or specific banking platforms.
