Location: Montreal, QC (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hours/week, 8-hour rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
Execute specialized back-office transactions accurately and on time in accordance with established guidelines, policies, and formal SLAs.
Manage day-to-day estate account actions, including account freezes and processing customer notifications.
Identify, investigate, and escalate non-standard, high-risk, or complex operational issues to appropriate internal/external partners to ensure swift resolution.
Manage and prioritize daily workload to maintain service delivery standards and productivity goals.
Ensure strict compliance with enterprise frameworks, internal/industry regulations, procedures, and the Bank Code of Conduct (including Anti-Money Laundering and confidentiality guidelines).
Participate in short daily team huddles (15–20 minutes) and collaborate on continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience within the banking or financial services industry.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma.
Operational Skills: Exceptional time management, organizational abilities, and a strong track record of meeting strict operational SLAs.
Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks, estate processing, or previous experience in a call center/financial environment is an asset.
