Responsibilities
You will be working as part of the Processing team:
Transaction Processing: Perform account administration and trade execution for all financial and non-financial transactions across various mutual fund retail account types.
Bilingual Regulatory Review: Review and process complex documents in both official languages (French and English) to ensure strict adherence to industry regulatory obligations.
Issue Resolution: Proactively contact internal and external clients to ensure the timely resolution of "not in good order" (NIGO) transactions.
Shift Adaptability: Work rotating shifts from Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST to support the operational needs of the Processing team.
Qualifications
Bilingual Excellence: Full professional fluency in French and English (written, oral, and reading) is essential.
Industry Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven success within the financial services sector.
Academic Foundation: Post-secondary education or equivalent practical industry experience.
Passion for Finance: A genuine, driven interest in the wealth management and investment space.
Advanced Tech Skills: Exceptional proficiency in MS Excel, paired with sharp computer literacy and accurate typing skills.
