Advantages
Salary: $ 21 to $ 22 per hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week (standard office hours).
Location: Anjou (East Montreal) – Free on-site parking.
Status: Indefinite temporary contract

Responsibilities
As the face and voice of the company, you will manage essential administrative flows:
Call Management: Professionally handle and direct incoming calls in both French and English.
Logistics Support: Track order deliveries and provide accurate status updates to clients.
Order Processing: Perform data entry and process orders within the computer system.
Production Monitoring: Manage and follow up on orders currently in the production phase to ensure seamless coordination.
Qualifications
Strictly Bilingual: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Relevant Experience: Proven experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Soft Skills: Ability to multitask under pressure, strong organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
Availability: Ready to start immediately.
