Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Shift: Monday to Friday, core business hours
Location: Remote (Montreal, Quebec. Manager is open to a strong bilingual candidate in the GTA (Markham) if needed. ( In office potentially 4 days in office 2026 )

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle high-volume recruitment for Call Centre positions.
Act as a Talent Advisor, providing insights and support to hiring managers.
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines effectively to meet business needs.
Ensure an optimal hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain strong relationships with HR partners and business stakeholders.
Coordinate recruitment advertising and branding activities.
Participate in recruitment events as needed.
Prioritize and manage workload to meet service level agreements.
Maintain a culture of risk management and control.
Conduct research and analysis to assess recruitment program effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment.
Must be fully bilingual in English and French.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for at least 1 year.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience in customer-facing roles is beneficial.
Undergraduate degree is preferred but not required.
