📍 Work location: Montreal (QC), Moncton (NB), or Mississauga (ON)
🕘 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (37.5 hours/week)
💼 Contract type: 6-month temporary, with possibility of extension or permanent hire depending on performance and business needs
💰 Salary: $24 to $30 per hour
🏢 Work model: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
📅 Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end high-volume cohort recruitment processes.
- Communicate with candidates to gather all required pre-employment information.
- Prepare offer letters and process HR documents.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Post, update, renew, and close job requisitions.
- Screen resumes for high-volume roles.
- Schedule interviews and send confirmations.
- Support recruitment events and ad hoc projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and simplification.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, ideally in recruitment or a related field.
- Fluent bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Workday nice to have.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
