Location: Montreal QC, Mississauga ON, Moncton NB(with priority in Montreal), 4 days/week in office(however currently remote)

Responsibilities
Post, update, renew, un-post, close High Volume requisitions
Resume review for High Volume roles
Coordinate candidate interviews and provide confirmations
Effectively and efficiently manage the end-to-end High Volume cohort process
Timely communicate with candidates to ensure all required information to start
the onboarding process is accurate
Prepare offer letters and process any HR forms, as required, for all Insurance
roles
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks & smooth
candidate onboarding experience
Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience to all candidates and partners
Identify and recommend areas for simplification and efficiency
Participate in recruitment events or projects/initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Must-have
Minimum 1 year of professional experience (could include internship experience
or similar experience in an office environment)
Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients
and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with
English and French speaking needs.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both English and French
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
Demonstrated attention to detail coupled with problem solving and critical
thinking skills
Proficiency with MS office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,) and
Internet/social media skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Nice-to-have
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or related
discipline
1 year of related work experience in Human Resources
Experience in an everchanging, fast-paced environment
