Position: Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator
Competitive salary
Hybrid role: 4 days office, 1 day remote
12 month contract with the possibility of extension
Location: Toronto, ON
Standard Hrs.: 9-5, 7.5 hours daily, 37.50 hours weekly, Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
•Provide administrative support to recruitment team
•Coordinate candidate interviews and provide confirmations
•Facilitate onboarding process, including submitting offer letters, follow up with candidates, etc.
•Assist Recruiting reports and projects
•Identify and recommend areas for simplification and efficiency
•Clearly and effectively communicates recruiting procedures, detail and status to candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers
•May assist in screening and evaluating resumes, as well as sourcing candidates
Qualifications
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
•2+ years of coordinator or administration experience within a high-volume, and a fast paced corporate environment
•Bilingualism (English and French)
•Experience working with senior leaders
•Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload; as well as keen attention to detail (accuracy)
•Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills
•Collaboration, work under pressure, quick to adapt
•Candidate must be based in Toronto
Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
•FI experience nice to have
•HR certification
•HR Degree
•Phenom
•Workday experience (open)
Soft Skills:
•Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high volume workload; as well as keen attention to detail
•Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills
