Collaborate closely with account managers and client stakeholders to understand specific operational requirements
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, prompt updates, and seamless onboarding processes
Qualifications
Demonstrate a proven track record in high-volume recruitment, agency staffing, or fast-paced talent acquisition environments
Possess full professional fluency in both English and French to support national client accounts and candidate pools
Show strong expertise in candidate sourcing, structured behavioral interviewing, and ATS pipeline management
Exhibit exceptional time management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize competing hiring requests
